How does billing work?

All Silkee packages — Sales, Just Busy, and Fully Tailored — are billed on a monthly basis.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

We typically start with a minimum of one month for regular packages. For Fully Tailored Solutions, additional time is factored in for vetting and hiring, which can extend the initial timeline.

What if I want to replace or change an assistant or team member?

No problem. Silkee offers free role replacement within the scope of your plan if someone isn’t the right fit.

Where are your assistants and professionals located?

Our team is remote-first and globally sourced, but carefully vetted for communication skills, reliability, and role expertise.
